I was walking into the elevator today and heard a girl say, "I'm telling you Emily! God loves me today! I got an A on my test, my math class was canceled, and my roommate actually cleaned our sink!"Her friend chuckled and said "Jeesh! I wish God would love me more often."
I couldn't help but thinking... God loves us always. ALWAYS. When something goes wrong in our lives, that's God loving us too... that's God making us stronger, making us brighter, sharper. That's God taking something out of our lives because he knows that it could hurt us in the future... or that we don't need it... or that without it our lives would be better. He's fathering us. Shaping us.
